PURESCRAP in action at the ESTEP Spring Dissemination Event!

Today, our colleague Marco Vannucci presented research results from the PURESCRAP project, showcasing the work of Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and Danieli Automation DIGI&MET. His talk highlighted AI-driven Copper detection in scrap metal, an important step towards advancing digitalization in sustainable steelmaking.
The presentation took place during the 2025 ESTEP Spring Dissemination Event in Krakow, bringing together leading European initiatives to share progress and engage collaboration in the steel sector.
